Galador freighters operate on a trade route between Galador II and Farius Prime. (DS9: The Maquis, Part I)
Gamma Delta
Gamma Delta and Gamma Origii were at war off and on for hundreds of year. They had a centuries old tradition of hatred. Scientists studying the Guardian of Forever discovered the long forgotten origins of the hatred. A d'clat belonging to the Emperor of Gamma Delta ate a markill that was much beloved by the Empress of Gamma Origii. When they learned of this, the heads of the worlds signed into law new strict regulations about leashing d'clats, and they also gave a newborn markill to the current leader of Gamma Origii. Gamma Hydra IV
Gamma Hydra IV was the location of an experimental colony in 2267. The U.S.S. Enterprise visited the planet for an annual check of the scientific expedition on Stardate 3478.2. There were only 6 members of the colony, none of whom were over the age of 30. When the Enterprise arrived, four had died, and Elaine and Robert Johnson were dying of apparent old age. Gamma Hydra IV fell within the administrative area of Commodore Stocker, who was on board the Enterprise at the time. Sensors revealed nothing about the atmosphere and environment that is inimical to human life. The atmosphere screens out the usual amount of harmful cosmic rays. Gamma Hydra IV was located close to the Romulan Neutral Zone. It is a Class-M planet with a conventional oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere and a normal mass. There was a rogue comet in the vicinity that had never been investigated. The orbit of Gamma Hydra IV carried the planet directly through the comet's trail. On conventional radiation settings, they discovered nothing. When resetting the sensors to the extreme lower range of the scale, undetected radiation appeared-- below normal radiation levels but definitely present and undoubtedly residue from the comet. Those with higher metabolism aged faster. They aged at different rates, but it was approximately 30 years for each day. Their mental faculties aged faster than their bodies. Chekov was the only member of the landing party unaffected. Chekov was immune because he became scared, which caused adrenal activity. (TOS: The Deadly Years)

Gamma Tauri IV
This planet is the location of an unmanned Federation monitor post. The Ferengi stole a T-9 energy converter from the monitor post on Stardate 41386.4. The Ferengi claimed Gamma Tauri IV as their planet. (TNG: The Last Outpost)

Gamma Trianguli VI
The U.S.S. Enterprise investigated the planet Gamma Trianguli VI on Stardate 3715.3. The soil on Gamma Trianguli VI is remarkably rich and fertile. Spock commented that husbandry would be quite efficacious on the planet. Readings indicated the entire planet was covered in vegetation. Even at the poles, there's very little variation in temperature, which maintains a planet-wide average of 76 degrees. Gamma Trianguli VI was home to a deadly native plant. It was capable of turning in place. It fired thorns whose ends were coated in a toxin simiar to saponin, except it was 1,000 times stronger. (TOS: The Apple)
The readings of the electromagnetic field of the planet were a bit abnormal. There is a rock on this Gamma Trianguli VI that has an extremely low specific gravity. It contains some uraninite, hornblende, and quartz. It was fragile, and had good cleavage. Spock was able to break it with his hands. He tossed a broken portion away, and it exploded. It was obviously highly unstable. In large quantities it could be a considerable source of power. (TOS: The Apple)
The planet was controlled by a machine called Vaal, which was maintained by the humanoid population. It caused subsurface vibrations for miles in all directions. They are strong, regular, and artificially produced. They called themselves the Feeders of Vaal. They 'fed' Vaal the unstable rocks which were used as its power supply. Vaal was able to effect the Enterprise while it was in orbit. It drained the antimatter pods, prevented transport and began pulling the ship towards the planet. To affect the ship at that range it would require a highly sophisticated planetary defense system. Lightning on Gamma Trianguli VI can vaporize an individual. Storms can appear and disappear very rapidly. In 30 seconds, it can go from there not being a cloud in the sky to a severe storm, which can disappear just as rapidly. The atmosphere completely negates any harmful effects from their sun. There was no change on the planet for 10,000 years. Captain Kirk prevented the natives from feeding Vaal, which weakened him, and fired on the forcefield, leading to its destruction. (TOS: The Apple)

Gemaris V
The inhabitants of this planet are betrothed at birth, and marry at age 13. (ST: New Frontier: No Limits: Robin Lefler: Lefler's Logs by Robert Greenberger)
Gemulon V
Planet that was the destination of a group of Human colonists before 2360. Their ship, the Santa Maria, malfunctioned and they ended up on another planet. (DS9: Paradise)
Genesis Planet
This planet was formed in 2285 by the Genesis Device. The planet became unstable and exploded. (ST III: The Search for Spock)
Gideon
A Class-M planet that once boasted a germ free environment. (TOS: The Mark of Gideon)
Golona
Golona is a M-Class planet near Bajoran space. Until 2000 years ago, this was the home world of the Golanans. Around the turn of the century, Bajoran settlers colonized Golana. In 2374, Molly O'Brien fell into a Golanan time portal there. According to a drawing by Molly, Golana had two blue suns. (DS9: Time's Orphan)

Gonal IV
This planet is home to a species of swarming moths. (TNG: Disaster)
Gothos
Gothos is a planet created by the entity known as Trelane. It is an iron-silica body, planet sized, magnitude One-E. The planet effected subspace transmissions. It was a lone, unrecorded planet in the star desert. It had no detectable soil or vegetation. It had an extremely hot, toxic atmosphere, swept by tornadic storms. It had continuous volcanic eruptions deadly to any life forms as we know it without oxygen and life support equipment. (TOS: The Squire of Gothos)
