They were then assigned to answer a distress call from a Klingon vessel apparently caught in the Delphic Expanse, but en route to its destination it encountered an unknown alien probe, who attached itself to the Odyssey's hull, and is draining power from the ship. All systems except life support are offline, and if a way is not found to remove the probe,there will eventually be no power for life support....   π
