Roga Danar, a Tarsian war veteran.  History  Angosia III is a Class M Planet in the Alpha Quadrant. During the Tarsian war, the Angosians medically altered their soldiers to make them extremely agressive, and therefore, better warriors. These medical enhancements were irreversible, and to protect the rest of society, they were imprisoned on a penal moon, Lunar V. The Angosians applied for Federation membership in 2366. At the same time, there was an uprising led by Roga Danar, a veteran of the Tarsian War. Federation Membership was denied until they deal with the situation of the veterans of the Tarsian war.  Society  Angosians are nonviolent by nature. Angosian Society is focused on the development of the mind and intellect.  Notes  Cryptobiolin was one of several drugs the Angosians used to enhance their soldiers during the Tarsian war.
